It’s best to destroy these parts one at a time because Cyclops will spawn every time a portal spawns. Too many Cyclops can become easily overwhelming in this encounter because they each have clear vantage points over the entire Fireteam. The damage phase is when the Fireteam no longer has the three teams of two. Instead, everyone should have a given area that they’re in to ensure the tether connects correctly. It’s entirely possible for the tether to connect to the wrong people, or not even cause the oracle to explode. Once it reaches the end, the Consecrated Mind will create the Voltaic Overflow effect. In anticipation of this, each team member from the Boss Team needs to have a designated starting and rotational position, and here’s why. When the Consecrated Mind creates the Voltaic Overflow effect it will always spawn it in the center. That first center-teammate grabs the effect, and when the Consecrated Mind flashes lights the affected teammate will be able to see either the outer circles or inner circles light up red.
