Destiny 2: Every Week 2 Challenge in Season of the Lost

Astral Lancer is a new challenge for Week Two. Guardians must defeat combatants with Linear Fusion Rifles. Combatants defeated in the Shattered Realm or Astral Alignment activities grant bonus progress

While the name changes from season to season in Destiny 2, the objective remains the same. Complete 15 Gambit matches to finish this challenge and complete it quickly by winning matches. Winning matches counts as three matches played. Gambit can be challenging when playing solo, so it’s every solo player’s best interest to designate themselves for the needed roles. After the last pair of eyes is shown, Riven will move once more and return with the Taken material in her mouth. Shoot as much of it as possible, and she will take heavy damage. After she closes her mouth, Riven’s outer shell will open again. All 10 eyes will be shown, but the six that were shown before have to be shot. If the wrong eye is shot then the team will wipe, and the encounter will start over (which is why it’s best that one Guardian is only responsible for one eye). Contender’s Delve is another Lost Sector challenge, but this time it will have to be completed on Legend or higher. Every day, new Legend and Master Lost Sectors appear randomly throughout the system. Guardians should at least be at Light Levels 1320 and 1350 for these activities. Once in the damage phase, the Consecrated Mind will be extremely vulnerable in its eye. It will also back up to the original starting point. Follow it and continue to do damage, as a barrier will soon spawn at the beginning of the hallway, preventing any damage from being done. The whole team can make it beyond the barrier before it spawns but should wait until the Consecrated Mind makes it beyond the next staircase. If the barrier spawns try jumping between the barrier on the left or right sides attaching to the wall to get by it. The next three Trivial Mysteries need to be completed after the second Beacon is aligned, but before heading through the Taken portal to the boss fight. Continue this until the Conflux Team deposits the 30 motes, as if they’re playing Gambit , and then the Consecrated Mind will be drawn to the Conflux.
