Destroying the Sanctified Mind’s shoulder in Destiny 2 will spawn a red portal, and the leg will spawn a blue portal. It’s best to destroy these parts one at a time because Cyclops will spawn every time a portal spawns. Too many Cyclops can become easily overwhelming in this encounter because they each have clear vantage points over the entire Fireteam. After Riven flinches, she will leave the first chamber and head to the second. Your first completion of an encounter grants an item you have yet to receive. When both Confluxes are finally filled, the Sanctified Mind in Destiny 2 will spawn either a red or blue oracle, indicating which Conflux needs to be tethered from.
